Hello everyone,so sorry my English is not very will。I have a qusetion in Android that before the database is written in the SMS ,how can I get it and delete it .

You cannot uninstall your stock message app but you can delete it from your homescreen by pressing and holding for a few seconds then drag down to the bottom where it says remove.

I *think* they're asking how to delete the actual database that SMS messages are stored in. Why? I'm not really sure, doesn't seem like a good idea, but:
OP, you need root on your phone. Then you can just delete the database located at

/data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/mmssms.db
