Help Issues playing flash

I have issues playing flash video, but just recently. sites are telling me to instal flash. I reinstalled adobe flash but it still does not work.

Any ideas?

Update: My wife just got a galaxy S2 and she can view flash features on the web. I checked and we have the same version of adobe flash installed.

update part 2:

No flash video on firefox or the factory installed browser

I removed flash updates (leaving flash still on the phone) = no effect

I checked to see if plug ins were "always on" and they were.

Solution removing firefox for some reason allowed flash to work on the factory installed browser (which it wasnt when firefox was installed).
