MMO Raid Checkilst

I play several different MMO's and I've been searching for a generic app that I can use to keep track of my raid locks. Basically it would be like a notepad program that would store the characters I have in each game, with a checkbox for the raids that I've completed, and would reset weekly when the raid resets. Simply leave the sheet blank, let the user input their game, character names, raid names and when the raid resets. After it's set up, the program would just uncheck the boxes at the weekly reset.

Or even simpler, a notepad program that you could set a timer, after which time it would delete the note.
