Problems with Nook

I downloaded nook last week and at first everything was fine but for last 3 days I have gotten error messages saying the "library wont synch" whatever that means. I have emailed the nook droid developer and so far no replies. I have emailed them 3 times over last 3 days. After not getting any email replies from them, I uninstalled it and re-installed and that did not help. I cant retrieve the samples or the ebook I bought the other day that I was reading. I am very frustrated and dont know what to do. I have had issues with a few apps here and there and the app developers never get back with you when you email them. why is that? why dont any of them respond to emails?
