What camera... Cause I able too no problem I have stock... Camera 360. And camera fx none of which have a issue

the connect to camera is a random bug that is different on each person, several people had the same issue back when the phone launched. you need to wipe EVERYTHING off the device in order to get it the camera msg to stop and have it work :/

I've wiped everything that I could through CWM. Touchwiz based roms don't seem effected.

It started when I left Carbon and went back to BB7 .. Then stopped when I went to metropolis .. but started again when I went back to BB7 .. still there for BB9.

I know it's not BB .. it seems to be present in anything AOSP based. But obviously not everyone's.

Today it went from fc'ing to restarting my phone -_-

I know you've got a life and can't resolve (individual or isolated) bugs and not would I expect you to .. but any help (other than being an awesome dev with solid roms, but any insight or tips on this would be epicly appreciated, as an artist, I could make you some awesome art in return

Ok .. nothing on XDA worked o.o.

I jumped over to #2 to test the camera, the camera does work fine on TW based ROM's.

But I did read somewhere that deleting something in the 0 folder (while using 4.1.X) and then going back to a 4.2.X ROM worked for at least one person, I'm willing to try this lol

I did, but no dice. I hate how an issue can come up for a few people on something so widely available and used.

I do appreciate your time and effort Shabby.

I decided to give to give #2 a whirl, pretty awesome, but it ain't no BB9 or 4.2.X .. my camera issue doesn't exist on 4.1.2. But I hate TW.

What would be the side effects of deleting the 0 folder?

OK .. Reinstalled bb9. The camera works. But forgot to install gapps. BTW, the baked website is down.

I noticed whenever I would flash another modem the phone would not boot back up just reboot into recovery

One thing I noticed is that anytime I try to use the Instagram recording feature, it wont save the video and when I try to use the camera, it stays blank.
