What happened to Sherpa? It's a great app and I was using it all the time before I swapped out my phone due to the dust issue. I have searched everywhere in the Market and it's no longer there. Anyone know what happened?

Here is a working download link...

    Sherpa.apk

Rumor has it that it is no longer updated. I can't confirm this however.

It could also be hidden due to the fact that the Hero runs Android 1.6. Some apps (like imeem) are now officially supported on 1.6 and above. Kind of odd since they obviously work on 1.5 (or at least did).

I think you mean because hero runs 1.5? Any apps that get updated exclusively with 1.6+ SDK won't show up anymore in our 1.5 marketplace, or so says a developer I asked.

I had noticed that one of my downloaded apps had a description mentioning it being a newer version, but my version installed was older. My list of downloaded apps wasn't prompting for an update and I couldn't find the app listed in the marketplace anymore. Emailed the dev and was told what I mentioned above.

It is technically only for T-Mobile devices - the issue is not that it is "no longer updated."

The developer's website says they will be releasing a version for all Android devices soon.

I had it on mine as well, but now it's gone and it's not available in the market.
