    I am! MIR are so stupid! Why can't you companies just do away with them. WHY?!?

    They know that half the buyers forget to mail them in or don't feel like messing with it.

    I love NJ for their push to change it. Shift the responsibility to the retail market to submit for rebates.

    I haven't dealt with an MIR in quite a while. When I bought my phones at Radio Shack it was $100 a piece, straight up cash.

    I also hit Best Buy because their Insurance policy is ALOT better than Asurion.

    I got my incredible at costco-no MIR.. and i can return my phone if it effs up within 180 days and get a new one from them without going through verizon.
