Help voip please help?

I need help! I just can't figure this out. All I need to do is be able to make calls to other cells and landline phones over my wifi connection using my incredible ( i don't get cell service at home). No international calls. I have sip set up and fring. I can dial out on my dinc and i will hear ringing but but that is it. No one picks up. I have called my home phone and it doesn't ring. Someone PLEASE PLEASE help me get this right?!

Sipdroid.

I think SipDroid is just an app, it also requires a SIP service provider (accepting SIP calls from the Internet, bridging them to the PSTN, etc) in order to function.

ok now, i got a sip account.do i put the info into sipdroid on my pc and phone?

I have all the info put in and it still just rings and rings!
