step 2) Unlock phone
step 3) Immediately get rid of pattern lock

So you want a how- to for getting around the security of a lock screen posted on the forum, while systematically closing down threads that suggest a way to get a Verizon app on your phone? Seems a tad contradictory, no?

Yeah, don't tell people how to do this. A quick google search would then make that feature obsolete.
