Droid Explorer
Check This Tool Out I Found! Android is Getting Convenient

Droid Explorer is a tool to manage your rooted android device with the simplicity of Windows Explorer. You can browse every file on your Android device, much like the infamous app "Root Explorer" does. I think this is very much so a handy tool for those that are in need of removing some software....like the bloatware that comes preintalled. Some of you may even want to add stuff, like Google Maps and so on. Try it out!!

I highly recommend standalone for Windows users.....

NO ADB, Codes, Or SCRIPTS involved in this.....It's simple!

it does work well and but ive noticed problems when you already have abd tools on your computer but can be fixed...android commander works equally well and i think is a little more beginner friendly but i think you might be able to more advanced things in droid explorer

I've never tried it....But I do like Droid Explorer though. It does pretty good for me. It seems to be more on the developers side....although it's pretty easy. It does have a small learning curve for those that are new, but it's relatively easy.

ya i use droid explorer as well along with adb, but i could see droid explorer being a little much for someone totally new, although if someone doesnt know how to use droid explorer or android commander, they problably should be messing with them anyway. heres a pic of the interface
