Root Where to get ADW?

I am week old Fasci guy, former BB Storm, and my heading is spinning with trying to understand the bounty of hack/modding going on with the droid system. I am not interested in getting too crazy, but De-Binging would be nice. I am aware of the Android Central gods and their great instructions, but in countless number of places I have heard people refer to something as: ADW Launcher.

I tried searching in Market, but seemed to find everything but. Also tried general google search, same results. What/Where am I missing this seemingly bountiful Launcher app option???

its in the market...however searcing "adw" is a mess with all the themes
