How to find secret stash of sms on husbands phone?

Im curious as to how I can find out if my husbands Droid the original Droid has blacklist or some other app for hiding text messages from me? How can I find out. Please help.

The easiest way to find out is to ask him. If you think he is cheating, he probably is.

The legal way is to hire a lawyer, file a lawsuit with an appropriate and reasonable discovery motion based on valid suspicions of infidelity (assuming that infidelity is grounds for divorce in your state).

Probably because taking someone else's property and violating their privacy is illegal, even if it is a spouse.

Let's not get too high on personal privacy. They're married, which pretty much makes them the same person, even if the concept is out of vogue in 21st-century society. She has a vested interest in his SMS activities. Most people on here are probably worried the OP is their own spouse. Please, someone PM her the information she needs.

Exactly, even if it's your spouse, son or daughter, it's illegal. If she suspects her husband is cheating or doing something else, she needs to step up and actually talk to him about it, rather than illegally sneaking behind his back.

Talking to him...hmmm done that already. I asked a question not advice. Thanks to whoever is willing to help though. It is hard to put your whole heart into your marriage when you dont know whether your worry is legite or not. It may be just an issue I need to resolve. Knowing he wasnt would help and knowing he was would help me. Either way just asking for technical support not marriage advice. Thank.

Having access to incriminating sms, etc., won't solve the problem.

If you don't trust him and he's not answering questions to your satsifaction, then decide what your options are. The trust is gone. Do you really want to stay in a relationship with a person you don't trust? If you found the incriminating SMS, would you suddenly decide NOT to break up with him?

In the end, it doesn't matter if the SMS exist or not. It only matters what you are willing to do about it.
