So i have a Samsung intercept. So one moment i would be using the internet perfectly fine on sprint network. Then it would just stop working. It works on wifi but wont work on the sprint internet network. The only way i get it work again is to restart phone. That gets very annoying i was wondering if anyone has the same problem and has a solution. Also is there a way to just restart the internet on the phone, if there is such thing. Thanks in advance

Sounds a whole lot like the hardware similar Moment's lockup issue. I thought the Intercept didn't suffer from it. No one ever came up with a fix for the Moment, nor was Samsung able to. The best advice I can offer would be to keep a log of occurrences (just in case the sales droid tries to convince you you're imagining it) and if it happens too often, bring it to a Sprint repair center for a swap. Good luck!

I am having a similar issue. Only Mine is with my POP email accounts not connecting. Pwr Off Reboot seems to fix it for a while, then it would reappear. Sometimes I had trouble with accessing the web or the market too.

Anyway I went by Sprint Store, made my complaint. They tested the phone hardware and determined it had a weak transmitter. They have ordered me a replacement. Should have late tuesday. So we'll see if that fixes it.
