There is a shortage of displays and other key parts which keep the production limited, once the initial surge of orders is fulfilled and some other phones are released, then you will see the price of this phone come down.

The market is too competitive for this phone to be priced high for more than six months or so.

yep. expect to pay top dollar if you wish to be an early adopter. it's the same for any new tech
