Root Samsung Galaxy S Theme Port?

I'm just wondering if the theme/apps used in the Galaxy S is Port-able to the Galaxy Prevail?
I'm wondering because my fiance has a Galaxy S from Verizon and she updated it to the latest, and it comes with a sleek black bar, interactive-live wallpapers, a nice Launcher, etc.

If it's Port-able, is there anyone willing to port it?

And could someone teach/tell/link me to, how to theme/port a theme? I'd like to know how. :D

Porting wont do much since the phones are so different

If you really wanna screw with it you can use Theme-Porter [v1.0] [Any Firmware / Rom Compatible] [WINDOWS] - xda-developers but its only gonna change some of the images and none of the xml files will be changed so the layout will be the same

Btw I love your theme.

What programs/tools should I use to make theme's? And any sources to which I can learn how to theme, or make roms?

And I just spent a good while on google trying to find the source files of the Samsung Galaxy S Theme (Idk if it's Froyo or Gingerbread), do you know where I could find them?

Thanks.

Android Forums & Windows Phone Discussion @ xda-developers has info for theming.

Easiest way to get the files is pull them off the phone or a rom. framework-res.apk is what holds most of the theme files on froyo. You can use root explorer or something like that to copy it to your sdcard then put it on your comp to mod it.

Another point to add, as I was tinkering myself with getting some of the pretty blue UI on my own Prevail.
Beware of HDPI/MDPI!
In layman/girl's terms, the pictures are bigger on some frameworks and if they don't match, you could have a *really* goofy looking UI or more likely a bootloop. Lots of school of hard knocks for me there lol.
I'd personally recommend obtaining a copy of the Galaxy Ace stock ROM and extracting framework-res and any other apps whose icons you'd like to port over (Settings.apk, for instance), then extract and drop only the images present in your current apks.
Yeah maybe you already know a lot of that. But in my painstaking hunting, I did find the Galaxy Ace is the same resolution as the Prevail, and thus, its images are perfect for porting over. Well, 95% of them. Keep an eye out for the oddly sized ones and ones not present in the current apks, and you're golden.

Just tossing 2c to fellow Prevailers seeking any bits of Galaxy S prettiness. :D
