when you stated: "No one is forcing you to use them. So the problem is you and not them." , that implies that you think since i don't have to stay with them, they are not in the wrong at all, thus implying you think no company could possibly be bad, simply because you don't have to stick with them.
i will agree that im having a bad experience with them, and not everyone will. I'm just sharing my bad experience. although i will say, i have a few friends in the auto-repair industry and they have all said geico is one of the worst insurance companies for them to deal with. when it comes to insurance, the smaller companies tend to be better.
as for lordofthereefs comment, so you think any company that offers cheaper rates than others has the right to have shitty customer service? NO company should have a pass for poor customer service.
and let me just add, you don't always get what you pay for. but in this case, you do.
you guys act like i have no right to be upset with the way i've been poorly treated by a company i do business with, and it's ludicrous to be honest. I GUARANTEE every single one of you has complained about a company before, whether it be cell phone, insurance, cable, etc. GUARANTEE IT.
