What is this app??

Hey, I have seen a couple apps that are in the same picture and i dont know what they are. #1 is the app that has those tiles that say "text", "phone" and "gmail" and #2 is the one that says: Cloudy, 31 degrees
ferinheight and then 100%. Take a look and if you know what they are, please let me know! Thank you!

Not sure if the "phone", "text", and "gmail" things are part of it or not.

I've exchanged emails with the dev before and the app is very highly thought of (and very innovative).

Not sure if the "phone", "text", and "gmail" things are part of it or not.

I'm pretty sure they're just custom icons that are mostly transparent.
