my phone went to sleep

while moving a game to ex sd my phone went to sleep
it woke up after a worrying minute usually i wudve popd the batery
but i was talkin and forgot
luckily it came bk on not rebooted just woke up
then because i moved the game to ex sd
it told me i had to download another 1100mb
which is crap where is the original


anyway while downloadin it fell asleep again

whats is happenin with this phone

I take it running a custom rom /kernal? Rooted? Which are you using? Standard questions

Go to Settings/Applications/Manage Applications.
Select the game in question.
It will show "Installed on SD card" in blue if the move was successful, or a "Installed in phone" and a "Move to SD" button if it wasn't and the app supports moving.

Welll, my good man....if the OP's device is on its last leg, the respirator, ready to take that last sleep of never waking up,...which seems about whats about to happ if its not fixed...then...what other option does he have but to get a new device......as inexpensive as possible, of course.....

Thus....is an upgrade coming up soon?...then lay this puppy to pasture and get a nicer, more robust device..

The device in question was purchased in June, and therefore if it was faulty would still be well within warranty and liable for replacement. So no, it's not an option.

I guess I didnt read where the op posted that he purchased the device in june....its all good, just wanted to offer a suggestion..thats all.

Oh dear me. You have got yourself in a right pickle showmestuff!

You have reached the stage where I believe that you should make a Titanium backup (no point in doing a CWM as you will only be backing up crud).

Get into the CWM recovery
Wipe Data/factory reset
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik-Cache
Wipe Battery Stats
Wipe Data/factory reset
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik-Cache
Wipe Battery Stats

Yes... do it twice as above.

Now reinstall your ROM and your app's, not settings as these may have caused part of your problem, using Titanium.

All should be good now.

so if i wipe everything
i can restore it from titanium?
ive always avoided fully wiping because it worries me
