Yesterday when I was trying to install this ROM, I apparently Hard Bricked my device. I tried turning on the phone, but it did not work. I tried the power + vol +/- combo, but still would not work. I also tried to charge, but it did not show anything on my screen. I even tried to connect it to my PC, but it would not even recognize the device! I have also tried to plug the phone in without the battery/sim/sdcard, and putting back the battery while holding the vol +/- buttons at the same time, but that still did not work.
I also contacted Samsung to see if I can get the device repaired, and they did give me a UPS delivery along with instructions to send my phone into them. But I am worried that if they will charge me since my device is rooted, does anyone also know if they will check to see if your device is rooted or not? I have also seen on other websites of using people using a JIG, but I highly doubt that this would work on my phone. Does anyone know anything else I can do? Please help!
