Did anybody NOT root? I haven't - I don't see the point for me, since it's already vanilla android with just 2 VZW apps that are already out of sight, out of mind. I only rooted my Eris to see what it was like and because I was bored with it.
I just feel like I'm alone in the non-rooting camp. Anyone else here? We've got plenty of beer!
No root for me. I never had a need to root my OG, and with this also being vanilla I see no need for it. The only thing I've rooted is my Nook, which was essential for the functionality I wanted out of it.
Does anyone here have a link to a horizontal dock for the Nexus? Verizon had the vertical docks in the system, but no horizontal docks. Right now I'm using a photo frame to prop up Ginny at my bedside. That's a temporary fix (I hope)...
I was going to order from Let's Talk but they have the GN on backorder for 1-2 weeks - I don't think I can wait that long! Might just have to pony up the $300 and get it today...
Gooood Morning fellow Nexicans!
So, anything I miss?!!!.... Lol, man it will be hard to break the habit of asking that question... and feeling compelled to log on to a certain thread of epicness!! I hope all of you are enjoying your hard-fought prizes! I know I am .
Thanks, BB for creating this for us. I think I would have felt lost without it.
Here's my battery usage so far. Android OS seems to have ticked down a notch:
Also, if it matters, I've got almost nothing installed on here yet - figured it'd be pointless since I'm going to be unlocking the bootloader tomorrow.
