hey guys tell me I have changed myscreen resolution through software in market so tell will I b able to play now high resolution n Hd videos n evn high resolution games??? coz I have changed my screen resolution to 120.. as it was 160 default.

U have changed lcd density and not resolution.
This doesn't make any difference nor it supports/makes compatible extra apps.

That all depends !
if it just a game that has high resolution but fewer fps thingy -- usually very simple card or dots games which do not have to consume processor power always will work
else games like gta which are extreme gpu and cpu intensive will never work as they require a good processor and RAM just switching to a higher resolution will sure way get you the result of games showing in full screen but will not guarantee that HD games will play as to Play HD games your phone needs a huge power which ofcourse A70 lacks still !
to the contrast if you notoce simple game like UNO it just to load simple graphics in non regular intervals + the rate is also slow hence it can be played by just change in resolution -- i do nt mean the exact game as i have not tried but just gave a example that will help
like it will make the graphics that usually go out of screen to come inside but if you can get 1 Ghz and better and 256Mb+ RAM then sure !
