Root [CDMA] Getting close to some full ICS goodness!

I don't know what to think of all these ICS projects running independently. Kinda wish they would work together. Here's another two:

[ROM][AOSP] Evervolv-ICS 2.1.0p5 [IML74K] 12/31/2011 - xda-developers

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1411461

And, btw, the Deck ICS version is up to Alpha 4, but it doesn't have the link in the OP. You can find the link here: http://dev-host.org/users/deck/614/ics-e3d

It takes a number of tries to get Alpha 4, so keep retrying. It took me 5 tries.

I didn't try alpha 1, but alpha 4 seems to be mostly working, except wifi, 3d, and the camera. But I'd recommend waiting for a beta. It's still a little hitchy when changing screens, the cell reception sucks, and it drains battery fast. But if you want a preview of how ICS will look on your phone, it works pretty well for that. I am anxiously awaiting a stable, efficient build of AOSP ICS :)

nice! which one are you on? how is the hardware acceleration now?

I'm on 7. I don't really know enough to comment on the hardware acceleration, but in terms of just usage speed it feels every bit as fast as it did out of the box with sense, if not faster.

I guess the kernel that came with it won't let it be overclocked, SetCPU won't let me go above 1 ghz, but it's still plenty fast

I hope the camera is taking so long because he's getting 3d to work :D I haven't seen any decent ROMs with functioning 3d :(

Not totally realted but I have it on my Prime tablet and it is pretty darn nice. I hope once Sprint and HTC push this out that the devs can figure a way to put it in it's pure form and have everything working. I thought I would miss the Sense experience on the tablet but I don't...not one single bit. ICS is pretty nice.
