Acuweather 3D widget wont load since ICS

i'm not using 3d widget
i'm using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.accuweather.android&hl=en

whenever i go into setting and try to change something the phone freezes and says app needs to force close

Since upgrading to ICS, I have noticed that my Accuweather is having problems, not so much a crash, more that even after refreshing, the icon never changes (still shows as night even though its day time), clicking more to go the website gives a completely different weather for the location.
So at present pretty much Unaccuweather

It sounds as if there's a problem with Accuweather and ICS in that case. Best flag it up to the dev for attention.

I emailed Accuweather and in less than five minutes I received this asnwer "*Unfortunately, our Android applications are not yet supported on the Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich" operating system. We are currently working on an update to make them compatible.
While parts of the app may still function on this new OS, we cannot guarantee full app functionality at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
