My visit to the Apple Store

Just come to express my disgust today. Ok so I over heard three chinese girls talking to a shop floor supervisor in the Apple Store about how their iPhones battery was not lasting as long as they were advertised. I LoLed, a brillant representation of the main market for Apple. Of course its not the real day to day usage when advertised, they probably turn all the connections off and put the brightness in its lowest setting. Just like how MPG are calculated with cars.. Then the supervisor went on to saying how they should turn off wifi when they aren't using it etc. I'm not even ranting, just annoys me sometimes how stupid some people are.

I would think there are people with Android phones that go into Verizon or the AT&T store and ask the same question as well.

Now, I got to ask. Were they pretty? lol

Not everyone spends all day every day screwing around with their phone. Some people just don't care enough about it to warrant knowing all that stuff.
If I asked you a question specifically about cars you might not know the answer but a mechanic would think you're an idiot for not knowing.
Theres a difference between not knowing, and believing everything the manufacturer tells you through marketing however. An idiot would believe that a car can run purely on solar panels if advertising implies it. A mechanic would know this just makes the car more energy efficient, adding to the regenerative breaking system.

Verizon and AT&T don't operate in the UK, so I wasn't able to witness or comment on that. But I can tell that most Android users would take things with a pinch of salt everytime they hear something. Google doesn't spend loads like Apple does on advertising. Theres a reason why they are using that device without conforming to adverts and billboards everywhere.

And no, they weren't pretty :p Just average looking I'd say.

I was just giving generic example of stores. 1/2 of the people that use cell phones use Android. To think that they are all tech savy as those on this board is to be grossly mistaken.

If I were to stereotype iOS users, I'd think the chicks HAVE to be pretty.

All I heard was "hot babes"... Now we require pics. :D

I'll forward you some pix of our parties and who I hang out with - I'm sure that you won't be surprised, from our chats on this. ;) :)

With guys like luna stalking here, I'm sure you understand. :D :D

On page 87a of the appendix in the Glock 17 manual under recommended safety practices, it says when confronted by an armed hot babe, you should always compliment her shoes.

Unless you can produce your own and stand shoulder to shoulder offering to shoot backup, I think that's a very good idea.

Always read the user guide.
