Are you asking about the home screen wallpaper?

Do you need to know the location of the wallpaper or just how to change it? Normally the Wallpaper setting is found via the Menu button at the home screen.

I'm assuming your phone is rooted but on the default stock ROM?

Got it. Funny part was it was in \drawable\. I swapped out that picture and now its permanently there. 7zip made it real easy.
