Root CRT Screen Off Animation-Now Flashable

Peace to requisite0 for helping a brother package this up. This is for the people running stock roms who want the crt screen off animation, Metro PCS only. Put the zip on your sd card and flash through cwm like you would flash a theme. Do i even have to say make a back up first.

Long ass Note: Along with enabling the animation, this will flash to the stock theme of the respective rom. If you want to keep your existing theme or flash a different theme and still have the CRT animation, FIRST flash the CRT file (this will bring you back to your rom's stock theme) THEN, you can flash your theme after the following modification. Open your theme's zip with 7zip or whatever you use and navigate to system/framework/framework-res.apk. Open it and delete the resources.arsc file. Then drag and drop the one provided in the links below into the same folder. Then close it, put it on your sd card and flash it. I will provide the modified resources.arsc file for each rom.
One more thing, if you have admiral beast, flashing the CRT file will not change your theme. If you have the Beast and change themes and the animation goes away just reflash the CRT file. This is because the animation was already enabled by the dev and only required a build.prop modification. Peace to devs who made these roms.

Note: to the devs of these roms, I didnt change anything. I simply edited one line in the bools.xml from true to false, and put a # in front of a line in the build prop. Peace:D

In case I wasn't clear, these are NOT roms. You flash them over your existing rom, like a theme.

Last Note, I promise: You must have all animations enabled, its in settings/display settings/ animation and if you're running "spare parts" make sure the window animation speed is set to normal.

Try the deodexed one for stock above, I haven't flashed stock++ yet, so I haven't tried it. But, If you're brave, make a backup and go for it. If it starts bootlooping, just hold the power button down until the phone shuts off, then quickly hold down the back and volume down button to boot into recovery. Then wipe and flash your backup.

@ samsung - I'm speculating here as to why your window transitions are faster. I have spare parts+ app installed and have my window transition speed set fast, this makes the phone appear faster. I pulled that framework from my phone, so MAYBE, spare parts makes a change somewhere in the framework (I have no clue where, but when i ran logcat and made a change to the window transitions speed in spare parts app I get this: W/InputManagerService( 160): Window already focused, ignoring focus gain of: com.android.internal.view.IInputMethodClient$Stub$Proxy@413c1090). If thats the case then when you flashed the crt file, your window transitions will also be fast like mine are.;)

@ gaaza kid - this is for crt off animation only.

@flipnotic I came across someone on the net who has a tutorial on how to enable the crt screen on animation on another device, maybe i'll give it a go next week and see if i can get it on the admire, I have college finals this week and I'm studying like hell.
