I just got my desktop cradle, it is almost identical to the one I had for my omnia. one thing I didn't think of, to use it, I have to pop the hard case off of my phone! but for $22 with shipping, I can deal with it.

Some people on here have made some very creative cradles, but you miss out on the extra battery charger. That may be important if you've chosen not to fatten your phone with a 3500 mAh battery.

most days I am always near a power source of some form, but when flying anywhere, an extra battery can be a life saver. learned that lesson the hard way.
I also have a solar battery charger just in case.
