Root [AT&T] Issue before Flashing

Getting ready to flash a Rom last night but ran into an issue on my PC (windows 7):


I tried to copy the Roms .zip file to my device (internal storage) just like any thing else, but it comes up with a warning stating this:
"do yo uwant to be able to play selected media files on your device?"
And it give me two options:
1) "Yes (recomended) - Media files will be converted and copied to the correct location, so you can play on your device"
2) "No - all the selected files will be copied to the same folder, but media files won't play on your device."

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

I'm guessing I want the 2nd option and to keep them all together?
However, I'm still new at this and don't want to brick.

Don't put it in internal memory put the zip on your SD card then boot into recovery and install

Thanks. I'm not sure why that didn't occur to me. I guess I was just following exactly what I've done for CWM,etc. Wasn't thinking.
