How do I delete Facebook app off my Samsung epic

If it came pre installed on your phone you may not be able to unless you root your phone.
If it's an app you downloaded go to settings and applications, scroll down until you find it then click on it then click uninstall.

This below is completely correct, if it came installed on your device you will not be able to get rid of it without rooting.

If it's an app you downloaded go to settings and applications, scroll down until you find it then click on it then click uninstall.

However if it didn't all you need to do is go to the Play store and find the "My Apps" in the settings and find it within there and uninstall it.

Otherwise you can download a custom launcher like Nova Launcher Prime and hide the app from showing up on the device.
