polaris office

hi all
i,m new to all this and looking for some help...
i have just brought my first tablet i got the acer a210.up to now i,m really happy apart from the 2 times i had to reset it.
but that's not the problem i have found polaris office on it and used it for a few spreadsheets. just standard sheets. now i want to use it to make rotas for my department.
i just can't find a good tutorial for it. i have never use excel so really don't know where to start.
can anyone help me.

I'm sorry to hear that, if you haven't found what your looking for in the next few hours, i'll look and see what I can find better once I'm off work.
