hey I was talking about the icon pack under the appearance tab. It says the built in pack is xeperia. It changes how the buttons looks, u know the filed buttons and such. Are there any downloads for that??

Oh those... you can download icon packs from the Play Store, one that goes great with the theme is Kovdev's Ice Cream Sandwich theme found here

Maybe an xperia theme..... or a MotoBlur theme, I used to love MotoBlur...

Launchers don't really slow down your phone, so long as you're using the right one. I use holo launcher, and to free up a little memory I uninstalled Xperia launcher so as to not waste memory. Its just a matter of knowing which launchers aren't all bloated with crap you don't want like GoLauncher

Very good launchers:
1- Lightning Launcher Home = 204 KB
2- Xperia Arc Launcher = 702 KB
3- FTL Launcher Lite = 618 KB

Yeah, flash whichever one you like then go into /system/app and erase the xperia apk

UPDATE: I'm going to begin porting over an Xperia Arc theme I found over on XDA by kevin2516 to go with Xperia Launcher included in the ROM. I think it'd be a good addition and maybe his MotoBlur theme as well. Its originally for CM7, but I can probably work with it and make it work on our Warp. Shouldn't be too difficult
So yeah, credits to kevin2516 for his Xperia Arc theme

Actually yeah, but I already somehow broke all the cables in there too
I started using them all up after the one that originally came with the phone stopped working, so I got a few from monoprice.com and now they're broke too
Maybe there's like an indestructo-cable out there just for me...
