Where and How to promote APK if it was deleted from Google Play?

Hello!
I have a simple app which do not violate policies.
Recently my apk was banned (I'm sure it was abused by competitors) and all my promotional activity and installs stopped because of this.

Please advise how and where I could promote my app and gain installs if my apk is not present on Google Play?

Place it on mistore(xiaomi store) or some other Chinese stores. Just a suggestion. Although I have no experience in this regard. By the way what is your application about? Why not to contact Google directly?

Google doesn't 'normally; ban apps for "no reason" if they don't violate terms of use. What was your app and what did it do? Also, AMazon aApp Store.

I don't know if it works in Chinese. But I am using MIUI ROM and if you are using miui rom, it will install mi store also. And I have seen English applications also there. In fact several times I downloaded from there. One other store (Chinese) probably oppo store or xiaomi store has announced that they will give 100 percent profit to the developers, keeping zero percent for themselves.
