I have swapped my internal and external memory (yee haa) but am confused by something. I believe that any app I am told to install on my internal should now be installed to my external (and Vice versa) I am looking at a swap it app for my RAM and it says install to internal, therefore I should install to my external...right???

No, it wants to be installed to the logically internal storage, so you install to internal.

You should let Android manage your RAM. Using a Ram manager app does exactly the opposite of what you want. Those apps are written by people who think that all computers work like Windows, where the more free RAM you have, the better it is. In Anfroid, unused RAM is wasted RAM. Thanks for this but I have a question you may be able to answer. My phone appears to have been unrooted. I have looked for the root file and the vold file and they are still on my phone According to es filer manager they are on my sdcard. Could this have caused my phone to unroot. And if i re-root do I need to remove all previous root files? The vold file is also on my external sd card. Cheers in advance for any info.
