Root [Boost Mobile] [ROM] Official LiquidSmooth Nightlies!!

I'm slightly overclocked, upped the voltages to compensate, highspeed TCP control, GPU at 480, fsync on, no gentle faire sleepers, and 2048 for my read ahead on both internal and external. For the read ahead, ROM Toolbox Pro will benchmark that for you and help you determine the best read ahead size, it won't be the same for everyone.

Also, for everyone, Steve Hoyt is now building the Deathly kernel with a couple of different toolchains, and says the Saber Mod version should actually be better than the Linaro version. I'm going to switch over and see. Link here:

Hello everyone, was told to post my issue into this thread! I'm currently running Liquidsmooth ROM 4.4.2 KitKat on S3 (obviously) but having only one problem. My back-end camera works fine but whenever i try to use the front facing camera it freezes. My phone freezes and is forced to reboot. I've tried everything from camera fix, re-flashing the rom, and using other camera apps. for some reason my phone just crashes when I use the front facing camera even on my stock version I backed up. If i try to raise the settings on my phone for picture quality the camera app just crashes if I try to use it. The picture quality is terrible (even my old phone takes better quality) when using the camera app. However the quality is better with Camera ICS however thats judging from the preview I can't actually take a photo without it freezing and rebooting the phone. The back-end camera works fine (besides the extremely bad quality) but the front face camera is terrible

Did you do it dirty! Lol

I sure did. I made a backup 1st beforehand though just in case. LOL!! :D

I quit dirty flashing for a long time after I had some issues doing it on the Marquee. After reading that so many members in here were having good results when dirty flashing, I decided to go ahead and give it a try on the S3. So far so good with the ROMs I've done it on. :)

Only one thing I see that's irritating me. I am using a photo frame widget called "Android photo frame". I can't seem to find a good one that will just let me use a single pick and allow 4x4 as well as 4x2.
Right now Android photo frame when you go into the settings, everything's blown WAAAY huge, and I'm not sure how tall fix it.
So does anyone have either a fix or maybe another app I can use. I've tired a lot of the apps out for single picture frame that supports this dimensions, but so far no good. I'd really like to use this one if I new how to scale down the apps settings.

I just called Boost Mobile, they support call forwarding but if I understand it right, (in youmail), it has to be conditional call forwarding (which forwards unanswered calls). Can anyone chime in and let me know if this is correct?? I am trying to find a app that will notify me in the status bar that I have a voicemail, just like it did on Touchwhiz roms. Just curious as to why on this and other aosp roms that the visual voicemail feature is not available like it is on TW? Anyone have any suggestions on what to do so I can get a notification in my status bar that I have voicemail. I love this rom but not having a voicemail feature is very frustrating?

We can't use youmail. .. I wish we could, I would love to have it! We can forward everything *72###-###-#### or cancel call forwarding *720

If we were with a contract company (sprint, Verizon, att) those companies allows conditional call forwarding for forwarding only busy calls or only unanswered calls or all calls or any combination of such.

Boost blows in that field.

I have something that may work well enough for you. This voicemail.apk will install and work on Liquidsmooth. There is an issue though. Sometimes the app will cause a squealing noise if you try to listen to your voicemail with it. I have found a way around that.

Go ahead and install the app. Once installed, go into settings and set up the option to forward voicemail to your email address. This will alert you via email when you receive a voicemail. Then, instead of using the app to listen to your voicemail, open your dialer and longpress 1. This will allow you to listen to your voicemail without any ill side effects like that nasty squealing noise through your speaker which usually requires a reboot to stop. . :D

I've been using it like this for awhile now.

I'm having a strange issue. First off, I had installed youmail yesterday and called boost and forwarded my calls using *72. It didn't work so I used *720 to turn call forwarding off. I did not know it wouldn't work until I tried. Now, when I set a ringtone it will ring that tone but when I do a reboot, it goes back to unknown ringtone that just makes a beep. I have tried this four times, using four different rintones and each time it reverts back to this unknown ringtone (beep). By the way, it just beeps once and then continues to vibrate. I'm thinking maybe I messed something up when I activated call forwarding and then deactivated. Has this happened to anyone or does anyone have any suggestions? This reverting back to this unknown ringtone has never happened before I activated the call forwarding.

As far as unknown ringtones goes, if you place your custom ringtones on the internal card not external they will stick. I just moved my folders for ringtones, notifications and alarms to internal.

I can't move anything to sd00, that location is empty too. The only location I can move to is emulated, other than external SD card. I moved the Ringtones to emulated folder and rebooted and the Ringtones DID Not stick it went back to this unknown Ringtones. Anyone have any suggestions? Like I said, I think I might have screwed something up when I activated and deactivated call forwarding.

I'm not going to say I envy your setup... But it's pretty cool lol I wish I could get my icon sets to work with unicorn(icon themer)
Sidenote has anyone gotten unicorn formerly icon themer to work on 4.4 roms I bought the app a while ago but when trying to use it having xposed framework installed activating the module and running the app it asks me to move the app to the internal storage and I don't believe we can because it never works for me anyone else?
