Accessories Question for who purchased Verizon case

Question for anyone who purchased the silicone case not the expensive one with the belt clip.

If you put the phone down does it rest on the surface of the phone or would it rest on the lip of the case?

That would be to protect the phone surface if face down or if it protects the camera lens.

I have the silicone case. It definitely has a defined lip on the front of the phone so when you rest it face down the screen is not touching whatever surface you set it on. The back is raised very slightly higher than the camera so that doesn't seem to touch either.

Overall I'm very pleased with the case, especially for the cost.

I LOVE the glossy black silicone case. As they said, the lens doesn't touch when set down, nor does the screen if face down. Very nice, well-fitting case.

The glossy silicone case protects the camera lens when on its back and the screen when on its front. I bought it just as a temporary solution until better cases came out, but now I'm not sure I'll change it. It's damn near perfect, IMO.

I have the same case.

The case protects the phone very very well.

I was referring to the glossy silicone case in black. In my opinion it's the best option, classy, understated, fits the phone well, protects screen and camera, cheap.

Highly recommended.

Well I went to the store and picked one up. Overall this is the case I will use because it has a lip over the screen. Unless someone comes out for a tougher case for the extended battery I don't see the point of getting one.
