INTERNAL MEMORY ISSUE

I have Samsung Galaxy J7 PRIME. As it has 16GB internal memory but it only shows that it has 1.83GB of TOTAL device memory. I am not talking about the memory that is free after using some of the space. This is the max memory that it is showing. I have tried resetting to factory settings and erasing everything. Also, I cleared cache and dump logs. Nothing have helped me yet. isn't it? Under settings > storage > device memory [Total space = 1.83 GB]. The problem arises when I install few of the applications and it starts showing that you are running out of storage. I don't understand what it is showing only that much space.

I have same problem, Android show 30GB of 32.
But when connecting to computer it's showing 1.62GB of total capacity.

Storage truth show 1.5 on /system and 1.7 on /data

Knowing this problem, how can format or replace internal memory.
All suggestions are welcome.

From the pics, like the OP, I suspect you got a phoney phone. You can't do anything about it yourself, except for returning it, taking legal action against the seller for deception, etc.

In the first pic, it looks like what you're seeing from the phone itself is completely wrong, as the fake firmware has been doctored. Storage Truth and your computer are showing the correct amounts.
