ZTE ZMAX PRO brought in illegaly!

Sure it came from China? Because I'm pretty sure it's actually a Blade A2 here, and the Zmax Pro marque is only used in the US AFAIK. Does it have Google Play Store or does it have Chinese apps installed? Although US version phones do sometimes end-up here in China, and I've seen Metro PCS, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, etc, phones in China.

huuh...mmk..well it does have playstore and when i first bought it, it downloaded games fine. Then about a week later, it didnt wana download nothing at all. it says cant download app, try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting. (Error code:491) and ive called play store and spoke with an operator and they gave step by step instr to try to see if it wud fix it and nothing..then i asked if im da only one dats makn a complaint, and no surprise im not. so he carried on dat its a defect in the phone and id haft to call the manufacturer. im like thnx but no thnx. diz is bullshiit... so i researched up on diz so cal badass ZTE ZMAX PRO and found out chinese companies already have a hard time doing business with the US (mostly over spying fears), andits about to get worse. Reuters sources understand that the US commerce dept. is about to slap ZTE with restrictions on what its allowed to import from its american suppliers. From march 8th on onward, those companies will reportedly need to apply export licenses to ship anything to ZTE, and those grants will "generally be denied." The move would be punishment for allegedly breaking export rules by shipping US tech to Iran. its safe to say that these export limits could seriously hurt ZTE, especially its budding mobile device business. Some of firms American bigger partners include the likes of Intel and Microsoft-- its going to have to scrounge for alternatives if it cant get key chips or software from US companies. While this doesn't mean that ZTE gear is going to disappear from stores shelves, it may have to take a roundabout route to get there. So that being that... Im seriously gonna fuuuck some shhhit up if they dont replace my phone with a reasonable alternative phone or refund me my money..but i would like to know wuts ur opinion on how they would handle the situation? jus askn for sum input...thnk u.
