Good grief! Am I that aggressive a tapper? I was just tapping out a text and POP! Two pieces of S Pen fell to the ground!
I immediately called Samsung and was told that of course they will replace the S Pen. I just have to ship them the broken one first! WHAT??? As long as I've been a loyal customer of the Note series, they can't immediately ship me a new one and trust me to ship the broken one at the same time? Seriously - what else would I do with a broken S Pen???
You can bet I sent a rather terse message to Samsung Mobile USA on Facebook about this...
