Hi. My phone has been switched off for nearly a month. I had a new battery fitted about 3 months ago so how long can it be left off before it starts to affects the battery?

as soon as the battery gets drained, that is when damage will occur......so it is hard to say. why is the phone off for that long?

I'd not expect it to fully discharge in 1 month when switched off, but if it was already near empty before you switched it off I might give it a bit of a charge (no need to fully charge it).

I agree if it started with a full charge it will not drain fully in month, but it will gradually drain over time even if never turned on. For the long-term health of the battery it is best to charge it occasionally so it remains at least half-full. It doesn't matter if you turn the phone on or leave it off. But don't leave it on charge all the time either, that is bad for the battery.

i think it was on about 75%, how long being switched off will it take to drain?
