Phone interfering with Mouse

When I set my phone down next to my mouse, the phone starts barely responding and acting crazy. What gives?

What kind of mouse is it? Is it a Door Mouse? A White Mouse? No seriously though is it a wireless mouse, bluetooth, etc?

this is kinda like the guy that tells the doctor "my arm hurts when i bend it like this, can you help me?" and the doctor says "yes, stop doing that"

Uhh its a wireless mouse and keyboard combo from logitech. It has a Ian dongle.

My best guess is something with the wireless frequency of the mouse is messing things up. This can also happen if you put the USB and keyboard receiver to close to a strong power source...... It makes the mouse and or keyboard do funny things
