I have a nexus one (not completely sure this it the right thread so please forgive me in case)
I wanted to root kit the phone to try play around
I followed one of the many guide i found but after unlocked the phone and installed a recovery image the phonhe doean't boot in recovery mode.
When try to run in recovery mode all it does is start the boot showing the multicolor X and vibrate 4-5 times, adb shel return "device not found error" I tried also to install a different recovery image but i don't see any difference (I tried both amonh ra and clockwork).
Any idea of what I could try?
The phone also doesn't boot normally it complaiun of some missing file but the message is too fast and can't read the file name, possible something named passdiag)
