I STILL love my Note 2

S-Pen is the X factor, IMO. All of the competitor phones can go big, but to have an integrated digitizer stylus. Can't beat that.

Doesn't matter though because the Note 2 might be my last Samsung phone if it's true that they're moving away from Android.

I agree on the stylus. Personally, I wouldn't mind a phone that was just a bit smaller. I saw the DNA the other day and thought it was just about the perfect size, but it needed a stylus and a bigger battery.

But I'm not that wedded to Android yet. I'm looking forward to Tizen, Sailfish, BB10, and all the other open source phone OSes that are apparently in the works.

I find that I can't stop fiddling with it when I'm mobile. Love it. I use it heavily when I'm not at home.

However, when I'm at home, I play more with the Note 10.1. If I need serious work and concentration done, it's combo desktop with 24" screen and Note 10.1. Unfortunately, I have no use for the Note 2 at home and just sits on the desk until I'm mobile again.

I love the Note 2 still but i encountered one problem and thats the combination of the size and the weight. The size in general doesn't bother me but i like to use my Note 2 one handed for most tasks and i use my pinky to support the bottom of the phone while using it one handed. I have noticed my pinky will really start to hurt due to the weight of the phone bearing down on it. This makes it difficult for me to use it for any longer than like 30-45 mins at a time.

You need to do pinky strength excercises. :p

Man, I want this phone! I hear people (non-owners, obviously) say it's "Too big," and every time I hear that it makes me think, "Yeah, isn't it great?"

Threads like this one...you don't really see those for too many devices out there, nor do you see the stunning 95% approval on the Verizon website.

The only thing holding me back: I'm on a family shared, unlimited everything plan with Verizon (yes, this is rare), so I've got to pay full retail, and my old phone's not dead yet, and prudence is holding me back from sabotaging it, so I'm just wishing a pox on it. (Die Rezound, die!)

When I take mine out people say "Does that even fit in your pockets"? And I show them how it does.

When I went to a Sprint store the checkout the Note and S3 I knew I could handle the Note because the S3 is about the same size as my old Evo 3D although the screen is .5" smaller.

I was also shocked as to how light both the S3 and Note 2 were. They barely felt like they were in my hand.

LOL...During the holidays, there were quite a few people that asked me about the phone, as soon as I took it out of my pocket. I enjoyed talking about the phone so much, that I wish I could get commission from Samsung, for the sales pitches I was giving about the phone!...hahaha.

Each of the individuals that asked me about the phone made sure to double check what the name of the phone was because they planned on getting one themselves!

I do notice a little tingle in my pinky from time to time. I need to put it down but I can't, I'm on this thing Constantly!

I bought my Note 2 pretty much as soon as they came out and obviously had to get a new micro sim to fit it. I went into my local O2 outlet and placed it on the desk and the lady assistant went "WoW"
They hadn't had any in as yet and at that time the only one available was the white, so when I produced the Titanium version she was gobsmacked.
