My understanding is that there is supposed to be a new version of Sense UI for 2.1 coming out that will enable live wallpapers. All we have now does not allow live wallpapers unless you change it so you are not using Sense. As for bugs, what I had read yesterday was this this tester version still had plenty, and that the ROMs the guys at xda have been working on were to fix the bugs.

Also, as of last night, haven't checked out XDA yet this morning, one of the devs over there had made a flashable update.zip out of this adding in su, busybox and all other necessities.

I am currently reinstalling all my apps on the phone, I think that it is awesome that the Android market finally shows what apps you have downloaded. When the update was finished, I had to go through the little tutorial just like you would if you just got the phone new out of the box. It showed the pinch to zoom feature, but I just pressed the home key.

Pinch to zoom works, at least in the browser, on fresh 2.0d. So it doesn't work on this one huh?

I also wonder since this uses tester keys, can and will they kill the keys so that you can't download from the market now that it is leaked? Or are these tester keys not used for that purpose? I thought this was why damagecontrol ROMs couldn't show all protected apps in market.

I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL! Also, I can pinch in from the sides on the home screen (or any sense screen) and it goes to a circle where you can pick which scene you want. I don't know if this is pinch to zoom, but it does this.

Also, when you double click the menu button, sometimes there is like fog that moves across the home screen. Would this be considering a live wallpaper?

Considering doing a total wipe and ruu this today. I just found out by reading the xda forums that flipz, maker of fresh ROM, is the one who released the ruu. While I am glad the RUU is out, I am a bit concerned that I have a ROM on my phone from someone who broke his word and the source's confidentiality. Kinda makes me wonder what he may have done in his ROMs. I usually try to avoid internet fights like this, but considering how he screwed the whole community, I have to question his honesty now, especially since I use my phone for so much. It sucks too, cause this ROM seemed so good.

My build number is fresh rom from 2.0d by flipz

I told him how this looked and how the update worked. What was weird is how quiet he became. He told me that unless that Sprint officially releases it, that it probably isn't good. Once I told him that I had Sprint Navigation running, he was just quiet again. He then said, well, whoever leaked it from Sprint would probably be fired if they ever got caught.

I can't find anything wrong with this yet, this might be the real deal that we have finally been waiting for.

Im running a 100% fully functional 2.1 ROM and this RUU is not even close to being as good as what im running. Dont see what all the fuss is for. There are several things not in this RUU that are in the custom ROM im running. Screw sprint, as I see it, the devs on XDA have brought what they couldn't and then some.
