haha calander widget is in the aroma portion, it's in favorite widgets or something like that... every single app that came in stock rom is included :D

So let's say I want to install a few options I just flash the aroma separate right?
negative.. lol that was the old/original idea but things didn't work out.. as of now aroma is included in the rom zip, but it's only used for the selection of which stock apps to include in your rom during installation.. all other options from previous versions have been removed due to installation issues and errors lol, so I manually added in all the tweaks etc I found necessary to have :D

so when you download the rom it's something around 700mb's..(The FULL ROM) but your not installing all 700 to your device.. your selecting the additional stock apps on your own and your selection will determine the true size of your system so the end result of your rom might be 490mb's instead :D

So it first installs the base rom, not with aroma...then aroma kicks in to let you flash apps. Is that right?

Or do you flash the whole thing with aroma?
yeah aroma is all linked with the update-binary etc.. so it used in the whole rom, but the actual added "install-selections" etc for aroma are only involved with the extra apps portion of installation.. but because the actual apps have to be installed before settings system permissions, it was necessary to add the aroma into the rom itself and not separately..

so you basically see the aroma stuff from start to finish, but.. it's not involved with the whole rom.. not sure if that makes sense lol

Only asked because of the freeze I mentioned that I experienced when flashing...I thought that maybe it wasn't a freeze but twrp installing the rom first...and if I had waited long enough, aroma would have kicked in to install apps. Thought that maybe i jumped the gun in pulling the battery and didn't let it install the rom...so aroma never came on.

Like, I was thinking that it flashed the rom with twrp then aroma kicked in automatically when the rom was installed...but ur saying its all done in aroma.

lol hehehe, a lot of us seem to be having problems with Aroma. Maybe you should go back to the basics. Just a thought.

ok guys rom updated haha

-removed aroma forever
-added mms mod from arocker
-re added aosp lockscreen
-new boot animation
-new essentials app packs
-new build-a-pack lol

the aosp lockscreen only causes an issue with auto rotate if you leave any lockscreen selections turned on (other than clock) so if you choose to use the AOSP lockscreen, then you MUST TURN OFF ALL featured in lockscreen settings except for clock!!!
