Help Way to turn on my phone without power button

Hi!

I have a Sony Xperia E4 mobile, and the power button doesn't work for some reason.

My question is: how can I turn the phone on without it? I will search for someone who can fix it, but I got to finish a few things on it, but it doesn't work this way at the moment.

I think there is 3rd party software that should be able to do this depending upon your phones settings.
Just connect it to computer and get software.

I use wav2unlock to turn screen on and screen off and lock to turn off.
Both work well - I only operate the power button when powering my phone on and off.

Maybe you can find someone like this, they told me $45 to replace the Power Button about six months ago.

Are you certain it's just the power button that's not working, and not the whole logic board that's dead?

I didn't have a chance to try it out, since the phone is turned off, the same problem with the apps mentioned below. Maybe my explanation wasn't clear: I think I'm looking for a software for PC, which can force it turned on, but thanks for the apps anyway, they may come in handy once the phone starts somehow.

Hi

If you plug the phone into a charger, does it respond at all? Normally you would see a led and/or battery appear on screen for a few seconds before going out. If it does not do this, it may be more than the switch that is faulty.

If I use it with an adapter and not directly plug it into my PC with the USB, the battery does appear, and so does the LED in both situations.

Well, that sounds hopeful. (The output from a PC will be less than the power adapter) I assume it is reasonably well charged (phones will not turn on at all with a very very low battery)

I don't know how to turn it on though.....other than repairing the switch.

I had a Casio Commando that I could make power up by holding volume up and down buttons and plug in USB cable from PC. Maybe worth trying a few different variations and see if anything happens.

Try this:

Hold VOL_DOWN while connecting to PC via USB, and once boot initiates unplug it.
