I have a boost mobile Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 with the google now launcher and all the latest updates. As of this evening, when I ask most questions on Ok Google, the voice doesn't talk back to me anymore.
For instance "Ok google how is the weather" or "when is labor day" just opens up a search page but doesn't speak, whereas it used to have a voice that would read the answer to me.
If I say "Ok google send text to Joe" it WILL speak back and say "Ok! What's the message?" or something like that, so the dysfunction seems to be selective.
I have tried clearing the cache for all apps, restarting, reinstalling google now, made sure media volume is up, the "speech output" setting is ON, language is correctly set to "English US"
Any ideas?
