Help 4g mobile data Not working

I recently was given access to someone's mobile data so I could browse the internet but since I connected his internet has stopped working and now he they want me to fix it

He is running his internet off android Galaxy 4g network from the service provider Virgin Mobile

Please help

How exactly were you "given access"? Did you use the other person's SIM card, or were they using their device as a wireless hotspot?

They were using their device as a wireless hotspot and gave me the password, i connected and used it a bit and then it stopped working

Maybe they've exceeded their data allowance? There's nothing for you to "fix" as you've done nothing but connect to their device.

Just a thought... does the other party still have the hotspot enabled? If so then they won't be able to use the device over wifi as it's still acting as an access point rather than a client device.
