Help Android Q-Box Keeps Rebooting

My Q-Box starts up shown, shows Android Icon, then restarts. I did a reset and installed new firmware. It installs successfully and when I reboot it just keeps trying to start. I checked the log and found some things that may indicate the problem;

• E: Cannot load volume /misc
• Bad loader arguments "(null)"
• E: Cannot load volume /misc/sbin/recovery
  
• Can't open /dev/tty0 : (no such file or directory)
• E: failed to mount /udisk (no such file or directory)

These errors and perhaps some others repeat them selves a few times in the log.

I am no programmer and have no skills when it comes to trouble shooting these devices.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
