I know Apache is a web server, but it doesn't usually run on phones AFAIK. More details needed I think.

Could it be one of the many games dealing with Apache helicopters? Games can cause havoc on a phone if it is poorly coded or goes rogue on you.

That's not likely as Apache is very popular web server software, almost half the web sites you encounter online are probably being fed to you through Apache-based servers.

As far as I know there isn't even an Apache web server available to run on Android.
Going by that screen cap apparently someone went and copy-pasted text from the boilerplate Apache license agreement and is using that to spam your phone.

Is this a matter where you're seeing this only when using a web browser or is it popping up at random times whenever you're just using your phone?
