Help ascend hangs on "ANDROID"

Nope, its an ascend.

Follow the guide in my signature to flash one of four options stock, icarus1.1, Cm6 or cm7.

If it happened after trying a flash then redownload (on PC) and try again
I usually flash stock (broke my SD reader) to unbrick first, then flash a rom.

how can i flash it? he has a stock recovery (this sint my ascend im fixing it for a friend)
i cant get into debugging to install CWM to flash cm7 (i was gonna do that n the first place)

Flash to stock (according to carrier, look in the first post on my guide for a link to stock guide)

Then flash cwm via fastboot (or root and use RomManager)

Flash cm7 once you get cwm on.
